Each credit unlocks a complete business profile. Credits under the same membership plan never expire. If you cancel your upgraded account, any unused credits will be valid only until the end of your current billing cycle. New business profiles are added every month.
What is your refund policy?
Generally, we do not offer refunds, but memberships like Pro, Premium, and Elite can be refunded within 7 days of the subscription charge if no paid credits are used. Elite members enjoy a Performance Guarantee: if your business visibility and networking don’t significantly increase in six months, we’ll extend your membership by another six months at no extra cost.
